As a multi-faceted professional, Diane offers expertise in corporate training and development at all management levels. She is recognized for her ability to create a team of self-managed leaders focused on goals that provide breakthrough customer service through the proactive effort of effective decision-making. As an innovative project leader, Diane is adept at handling time-sensitive issues and the accurate analysis of people and situations.
After 19 years of being associated with employee development at Bank One Corporation, Diane retired in 2003. As a human resource training consultant, she provided management training for all levels of management in all lines of business within the five states in the West Region. She was integral in the design and coordination of two management certification programs for high potential managers.
As Assistant Business Leader, Diane provided the leadership required to deliver quality service to external and internal customers within the Bank One Call Center.
Diane completed the Human Performance Improvement program sponsored by Arizona State University and the American Society of Training & Development and participated in Transformational Coaching for Breakthrough Results; a seven-month intensive program. She is qualified to facilitate Myers Briggs Type Indicator and is certified in numerous leadership development programs including Leading In Challenging Times.
Diane currently serves on the Board of Directors for Stepping Stones of Hope, a grief and wellness center. Since 1990, she has volunteered her time facilitating children's grief support groups through Catholic Social Service.
