The Sojourn Care Foundation, which was developed by Sojourn Care hospice, established the Sojourn Care Scholarship Fund in October 2006. Sojourn Care hospice serves individuals facing cancer, lung disease, Alzheimer's, AIDS, stokes, heart disease and other profound illnesses.
