Acts of Simple Kindness, a 501c3 organization, was founded by Karen Turner.  Karen Turner sponsors the Turner Scholarship Fund.

Stepping Stones of Hope was selected as a 2011 benefactor by K2Adventures for two of their fundraisers. www.k2adventures.org

Thunderbird Charities awarded a grant in May 2007 to help underwrite costs associated with Camp Erin for Kids and the after camp family support groups.

Nina Mason Pulliam Charitable Trust awarded a grant in March 2007 to help cover the salary of our administrative assistant as well as offset partial overhead costs.

A Little Hope awarded a grant in February 2007 to help offset specific costs associated with Camp Erin for Kids and After Camp Family Support Group supplies.  We received a grant in 2008 to underwrite day camp programs.

The Sojourn Care Foundation, which was developed by Sojourn Care hospice, established the Sojourn Care Scholarship Fund in October 2006. Sojourn Care hospice serves individuals facing cancer, lung disease, Alzheimer's, AIDS, stokes, heart disease and other profound illnesses. A Little Hope awarded a grant in March 2006 to help offset the cost of program materials for our Day at Camp Paz and Camp Paz at School programs.

SRP Booster Club selected Stepping Stones of Hope as one of their approved agencies in 2005. Salt River Project employees can select our organization as recipients of their gift during the Valley of the Sun United Way cycle.

Nina Mason Pulliam Charitable Trust awarded a grant in July 2005 to help cover office expenses and increase hours of part-time administrative assistant.

Diamondback Charities awarded a grant in April 2005 to support our Camp Paz for Kids program.

Trends Charitable Fund is awarding a grant during the Fall of 2005 and Spring of 2006. Dollars were gifted to help support and expand programs as well as create a feasibility study for an under served segment of the grieving population.

The Moyer Foundation awarded an endowment and grant to create a new bereavement camp, Camp Erin for Kids & Grown-Ups, which opened in July 2006 in Carefree, Arizona.

Nina Mason Pulliam Charitable Trust awarded a grant in July 2004 to help cover office expenses and hire a part-time administrative assistant.

The Moreno Family Foundation granted Stepping Stones of Hope a gift in April 2004.
