The Sojourn Care Foundation, which was developed by Sojourn Care hospice, established the Sojourn Care Scholarship Fund in October 2006. Sojourn Care hospice serves individuals facing cancer, lung disease, Alzheimer's, AIDS, stokes, heart disease and other profound illnesses. Diamondback Charities awarded a grant in April 2005 to support our Camp Paz for Kids program.
Trends Charitable Fund is awarding a grant during the Fall of 2005 and Spring of 2006. Dollars were gifted to help support and expand programs as well as create a feasibility study for an under served segment of the grieving population.
The Moyer Foundation awarded an endowment and grant to create a new bereavement camp, Camp Erin for Kids & Grown-Ups, which opened in July 2006 in Carefree, Arizona.
